SERVER RULES:
No Deathmatching
What Is Deathmatching?
It is when you kill a player without a valid reason
Punishment:
Prisoned for 1-2 hours and a warning.
No Revenge Killing
What is Revenge Killing?
It is when a player kills you and you kill them within the timeframe of 30 minutes. (This does not include pbounds, turf wars and Deathmatching event)
Punishment:
Prisoned for 1-2 hours and a warning.
No Car Ramming
What is Car Ramming?
It is when you non-rp ram a player with your vehicle or repetitively rammed a player.
Punishment:
Fine with a minimum $250 and maximum of $10,000
No Car Parking
What is Car Parking?
It is when you non-rp parked your vehicle on top of a player until they die.
Punishment:
Fine with a minimum $250 and maximum of $10,000
No Metagaming
What is Metagaming?
It is when you mixed OOC chat with IC chat. Use the server command /b to do OOC chat and the default chat will be for IC.
Punishment:
Fine with a minimum $250 and maximum of $10,000
No Powergaming
What is Powergaming?
It is when you do something that is impossible in real life. Either way you also cannot force people to  do an RP that is not possible.
Punishment:
Prison which depends on the severity of the action, furthermore a fine of a minimum of $1,000 and a maximum of $100,000 and a warning will be added.
Gun discharge exploit
What is Gun discharge exploit?
It is when you either quickswap, c-bug, c-sliding, quickshooting, or any other gun exploit possible.
Punishment:
Prisoned for 3 hours and a warning.
No Hospital Killing
What is hospital killing?
It is when a player dies and was brought to the hospital and you kill them.
Punishment:
Prison for 3 hours and a warning.
No Scamming
What is scamming?
Type 1 for scamming is when you tell a player that you would buy something from them but you wouldn't pay.
Punishment:
Prisoned for 8 hours, a warning and a fine with a minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of 20% of total wealth.
Type 2 of scamming is when you are a donator and you promised to give a player a donator item in exchange for anything of your benefit and does not give the deal on your end.
Punishment:
Ban.
No heliblading
What is heliblading?
It is when you killed a player with the blade of a helicopter.
Punishment:
Prisoned for 1-2 hours and a warning.
No usage of hacks(Including admins]
Unless if necessary
Valid reasons include:
A player is using hacks and an admin uses the hacks against the player,
A player is stuck in a certain place and only hacks can save them.
Punishment:
Ban.
No selling of ranked faction member, admin or moderator accounts
Punishment:
For ranked faction member
kicked from the faction and banned from re entering
For admin and moderators
Demoted and banned from re entering
No robbing a level 1 player
What is this?
When you try to rob a player or gain something that can benefit you from them.
Punishment:
Prisoned for 1-2 hours, a fine multiplied four times from the robbed amount and a warning
No invalid arrest a level 1 player
What is this?
It is when you try to arrest a player for illegal drugs which was given through the refund. This server offense can only be overruled when the player reaches two hours of game time.
Punishment:
Prisoned for 1-2 hours and a warning.
No non rp behavior
What is this?
When you do something in game that is unrealistic.
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours and a warning
No AFK, alt tabbing, or use of /kill to avoid hit
What is this?
When you alt tab or use /kill to prevent a hitman from completing a contract from you.
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours and a warning if repeated.
No AFk, alt tabbing, or use of /kill to avoid arrest
What is this?
When you alt tab or use kill to prevent yourself from being arrested
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours and a warning if repeated.
Abuse of /ads
What is this?
When you intentionally abuse advertisement system
Punishment:
Fine with a minimum $250 and maximum of $10,000.
Warning if repeated.
Abuse of /newb
What is this?
When you intentionally abuse newbie system
Punishment:
Fine with a minimum $250 and maximum of $10,000.
Warning if repeated.
Abuse of /report
What is this?
When you intentionally abuse report system
Punishment:
Fine with a minimum $250 and maximum of $10,000.
Warning if repeated.
Releasing Secret Service agent names
What is this?
When you intentionally or unintentionally give out names of Secret Service agents
Punishment:
Prison for 3 hours and a fine with a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $5,000.
Warning if repeated.
For Factions
Don't Abuse faction broadcast
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours
Ban if repeated
Don't Abuse faction radios
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours and a fine of 5% from wealth.
Kicked from faction if repeated
Don't make repeated charges
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours and a fine of 5% from wealth.
Kick from faction if repeated
Invalid or excessive repeat of ticket, jail or prison
Prison for 1-2 hours and fine of 5% from wealth.
Warn if repeated.
Don't taze a player while they are actively shooting any kind of firearm.
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours and warn if repeated.
Abuse of faction vehicles
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours.
Warning if repeated.
Cancelling a near fail hit contract
Punishment:
Prison for 1-2 hours
Ban if repeated.
Not ending a sentence with over, do you copy or how copy while using a broadcast(LSPD and ARES)
Punishment:
Fine of $250 to $10,000
Warning if repeated.
For Gangs/Families
Don't attack anyone outside will be counted as DM
Punishment:
prison for 1-2 hours
Warning if repeated.
Don't alt tab when trying to capture a point.
Punishment:
A warning and worth a 1-2 hours prison time.



NOTE: Reaching 3 warnings will get you into a auto ban. You can view this through /stats
